Dear iLEAD Lancaster Families,

We hope that you have been enjoying the summer and have made many happy memories. We are looking forward to having all of our learners on campus Tuesday, August 11, for the first day of school. Below are a few important dates to mark on your calendar. As always, we are here to support you and your child, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. 

School Hours

TK:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:15 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Grades K-8:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:05 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Important Dates to Remember

Orientation & Meet the Facilitator: Monday, August 10

We are excited to welcome you to our Orientation & Meet the Facilitator Night. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the upcoming school year, meet your learner’s facilitator, and get ready for a successful start! Here is the schedule for our evening together:

TK–2nd Grade

• Orientation: 4:00–4:45 PM
• Meet the Facilitator: 4:55–5:15 PM

3rd–5th Grade

• Meet the Facilitator: 4:00–4:20 PM
• Orientation: 4:55–5:40 PM

6th–8th Grade

• Meet the Facilitator: 4:55–5:10 PM
• Orientation: 5:50–6:35 PM

School Closed for Labor Day: Monday, September 7

Communication

ParentSquare

Please be sure that you have activated your ParentSquare account. Important reminders and information regarding school emergencies and events will be relayed through this system. ParentSquare sends emails, texts, and if you download the app (http://parentsquare.com/signin), app notifications too. 

Monday Message, Weekly Updates and School Website

The Monday Message is sent out each week to all of our families. It includes articles, upcoming events, updates, and other pertinent information regarding school activities. You can subscribe to the Monday Message by entering your email in our Monday Message sign-up window on our website: ileadlancaster.org. You can also find all of our Monday Messages and other important information archived on our website at ileadlancaster.org/monday-message.

Weekly updates are also sent out to you from your child’s facilitator and contain very important information regarding classroom instruction and other imperative information. 

Social Media

iLEAD Lancaster has two social media platforms for families and friends to access. Our Facebook and Instagram accounts are constantly updated with pictures of our learners and descriptions of the learning process. Please check out our Facebook and Instagram.

Before-and-After-School Care

Child care is available before and after school through Champions for a fee. Learn more about the schedule and pricing here.
