Dear Families,
We are thrilled to introduce iLEAD Lancaster’s new school director, who will lead our school as we continue to grow and innovate. Please join us in welcoming Brian Florence.
Brian comes to iLEAD Lancaster with a wealth of experience as a school leader and educator, specializing in building strong school culture, developing leaders, and creating consistent systems that help students succeed. Most recently, he served as the Chief Strategy & Development Officer at College Bound Academy in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where his commitment to building strong relationships and restorative school-wide systems helped foster a safer, more connected, and deeply supportive campus community for all students.
Alongside elementary and secondary principal certifications, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Arizona. We are confident that his leadership will empower our learners and team to continue to grow and lead.

Summer Office Hours
Our Summer Enrichment Program will continue through July 20. During the Summer Enrichment Program, office hours will be 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
