Dear Families,
Welcome, March! This month our Learner Outcome focus is developing authentic individuals. At iLEAD Lancaster, we individualize the learning experience for each child. Throughout their journey here, learners discover their unique strengths and learn how to use them to make a meaningful impact on the world around them.
To all who are interested in joining us at iLEAD Lancaster, we are pleased to let you know that we currently have limited seats available for this spring and we are accepting applications for our 2026-27 enrollment lottery. Simply fill out our enrollment application to get started.
In addition, we are excited to invite you to our upcoming events:

- Thursday, 3/12: TK/Kindergarten Roundup, 4:30-6:30 PM. RSVP
- Friday, 3/20: Open House and TK/Kindergarten Roundup, 4:30-6:30 PM. RSVP
