Dear Families,
At iLEAD Lancaster, we believe every learner is a unique individual, and their education should reflect that. We are committed to building strong relationships with learners and getting to know their strengths and areas for growth. This allows us to guide them on a learning journey that is as personal as it is inspiring, empowering them to build on what they do well and confidently navigate new challenges.
One of the most important ways we do this is through our Individualized Learner Plan (ILP) meetings. These conversations are a key opportunity for us to partner with you and your child to create a personalized roadmap for their academic and social-emotional growth this school year.
If you haven’t had a chance to attend your child’s ILP meeting yet, there’s still time to sign up for a time slot on Friday, October 3. We look forward to working together to support your learner!
If you have any questions for our team, please reach out to info@ileadlancaster.org or (661) 722-4287. And be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay connected.
With gratitude,
Deborah Autrey
