Thursday: Cocoa Puffs and Whole-Grain Crackers. Turkey & Cheese Panini with BBQ Corn Salad (3/4 cup). Chef Turkey & Ham Salad with a Wheat Dinner Roll.
Friday: Mexican Concha. Ham and Cheese Sandwich on Hoagie with Carrot Sticks (3/4 cup).
