We’re kicking things off with a full week of fun, pride, and celebration at iLEAD Lancaster as we continue celebrating Black History Month!
- February 23 – Melanin Monday: Wear any shade of broan
- February 24 – Dream Big Tuesday: Wear your favorite pajamas
- February 25 – Unity Wednesday: Wear black, red, or green
- February 26 – For the Culture Thursday: Wear prints, head wraps, or cultural attire
- February 27 – Black Out Friday: Wear your best black!
