iLEAD Lancaster Family Spotlight on Ms. Brenda M.

We want to shine a bright light on an incredibly inspiring member of our iLEAD Lancaster family, Ms. Brenda M.!

Ms. Brenda is the devoted guardian of seven of our learners across multiple grade levels, and she also cares for a former learner who is now in high school and a four-year-old at home.

Despite her incredibly busy life, Ms. Brenda is a constant presence and a powerful advocate for her grandchildren. Her commitment includes:

• Attending meetings to ensure her learners get the support they need.
• Supporting them during Presentations of Learning (POLs).
• Consistently following through on school communication.

Ms. Brenda makes sure every learner is re-enrolled each year, often coming to campus so she can get the assistance needed to complete all the paperwork.

Her dedication, resilience, and unwavering love for her grandchildren are truly an inspiration to all of us at iLEAD Lancaster. Thank you, Ms. Brenda, for your amazing commitment and involvement! We are so fortunate to have you in our community!
