iLEAD Lancaster’s Individualized Learning Framework

At iLEAD Lancaster, we believe instruction should be as unique as every learner. Our Individualized Learning Framework outlines how we customize goals and learning opportunities to foster true growth, mastery, and engagement across four key pillars:

• Personalized Learning: Facilitators use assessment data and identify unique strengths to differentiate instruction, monitor social-emotional well-being, and tailor projects to meet diverse needs.
• Learner-Driven Plans: Learners take ownership of their education by setting academic, SEL, and career goals alongside families during September ILP conferences.
• Data-Informed Learning: We regularly track progress to target support, providing families with Quarter 1 and 3 progress reports as well as official Reports of Progress at the end of each semester.
• Celebrating Growth: Progress is shared and celebrated throughout the year during Learner-Led Conferences in winter and end-of-year Learning Showcases.

Individualized learning isn’t a one-time event; it happens all year long. To help your family stay connected with your learner’s progress, check out our Year-at-a-Glance roadmap below. Here is what you can expect as we partner together throughout the school year:

• September (ILPs & Conferences): We launch goals, build strong relationships, and set a foundation for success.
• October & March (Progress Reports): Mid-semester updates allow us to share growth and adjust instruction wherever needed.
• December/January & June (Reports of Progress): Formal semester milestones celebrate learning and document overall progress.
• January & February (Learner-Led Conferences): Learners take the lead to reflect on their journey and set new goals.
• May & June (Learning Showcases): Learners present their projects, demonstrating key achievements.
