Important Action Required

Just a friendly reminder that many families still need to complete the Household Data Collection form in REG Online before Oct. 31. Schools are required by federal law to request information on family size and household income. Completing this section of the learner registration form can qualify the school for additional funding from the State in a variety of areas. If you do not wish to provide this information please complete 0 for the household size and 0 for the annual income. Forms must be signed after July 1 of the current school year and be collected no later than Oct. 31 (for learners enrolled before this date). Personal reminders will be sent via email over the next few days.
