Wednesday: Coffee cinnamon crumble. Teriyaki chicken chow mein bowl with broccoli (3/4 cup). Caesar chicken salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Thursday: Cinnamon French toast. Chicken fajitas (3/4 cup) with Spanish rice (3/4 cup) and whole kernel corn (3/4 cup). Chef turkey and ham salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Friday: String cheese and strawberry Nutri-Grain Bar. Ham and cheese hoagie sandwich with carrot sticks (3/4 cup).
