Wednesday: Strawberry muffin. Chicken quesadilla with Spanish rice (1/2 cup) & pinto beans (3/4 cup)
Thursday: Multigrain Cheerios & whole-grain crackers. Sloppy joe on a hamburger bun with mashed potatoes (3/4 cup).
Friday: Bagel & cream cheese. Italian turkey, ham & cheese hoagie sandwich with carrot sticks (3/4 cup).
