Monday: Coffee cinnamon crumble. Breaded chicken patty on a hamburger bun with carrot sticks (3/4 cup). Italian antipasto salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Tuesday: Lucky Charms and whole-grain crackers. Creamy Tuscan chicken pasta with steamed broccoli and carrots (1 cup). Caesar chicken salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Wednesday: Bagel and jelly. Ham and cheese panini with cilantro bean salad (3/4 cup). Santa Fe chicken salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Thursday: Cinnamon toast crunch and whole-grain crackers. Penne pasta and meat sauce (3/4 cup) with whole-kernel corn (1/2 cup). Chef turkey and ham salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Friday: Banana muffin. Sweet chili chicken pasta salad.
