Breakfast and Lunch Menu
Monday: Coffee cinnamon crumble. Parmesan cheese pasta salad with carrot sticks (3/4 cup). Italian antipasto salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Tuesday: Pancakes (2). Spaghetti and meat sauce (3/4 cup) with steamed broccoli and carrots (1 cup). Caesar chicken salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Wednesday: Bagel and jelly. Turkey hot dog on a bun with barbecue baked beans (3/4 cup). Santa Fe chicken salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Thursday: Cinnamon Toast Crunch and whole-grain crackers. Fresco chicken bowl with Spanish rice (3/4 cup), black beans (1/4 cup) and corn (1/2 cup). Chef turkey and ham salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Friday: Strawberry muffin. Ham and cheese bagel sandwich with carrot sticks (3/4 cup).
