iLEAD Lancaster, Celebrate Black History Month with Spirit Week!

Celebrate Black History Month

Get ready for a week of celebration and learning! iLEAD Lancaster is proud to present our Black History Month Spirit Week, filled with opportunities to honor and celebrate Black history and culture. Here’s what we have planned:

  • Monday, February 24: Dream Big! In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., share your dreams for the future and wear your favorite pajamas. Let’s dream big, even in our PJs!
  • Tuesday, February 25: Black Excellence Day: Celebrate Black excellence by dressing professionally to represent success and empowerment.
  • Wednesday, February 26: Pan-African Colors: Show your pride by wearing red, black, or green to honor Pan-African unity and heritage.
  • Thursday, February 27: Throwback Thursday: Step back into the ’90s! Wear your favorite retro gear and show off your old-school style.
  • Friday, February 28: Blackout Friday: Wrap up the week in solidarity by wearing ALL black to symbolize unity and strength.

Let’s make this a week to remember as we celebrate and honor Black history and culture together!
