Help with Water Bills
Low-income Los Angeles County residents who are behind on water bill payments may seek assistance through the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). The federally funded program has been extended through March 2024. Eligible applicants and households may receive up to $15,000 in assistance with no impact to other benefits or public charge determinations. Learn how to apply today at Paying My Water Bill.
