Launch Your Aerospace Career with Paid Training
Team DEO, in partnership with Lost Angels, is offering a 12-week paid job training program, High Road Training Partnership, designed to help young adults in the Antelope Valley launch careers in the aerospace industry! This unique opportunity will equip participants with the skills, credentials, and hands-on experience needed to thrive in high-demand fields such as aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.
Key highlights of the program include:
- Master critical skills: Learn welding, composites, blueprint reading, and engine assembly!
- Hands-on training: Work with classic cars, auto paint, and more to build practical, job-ready experience!
- Earn certifications: Gain valuable credentials in forklift operation, OSHA, hazmat, and CPR—all while you work!
The program runs for 12 weeks, with 19 hours per week of paid training at a competitive rate of $18/hour. The cohort begins on January 21, 2025, and applications are being accepted on a rolling basis. Apply here before the end of the year to secure your spot in the January cohort.
