iLEAD Had a Ball at Princess in the Park!
On Friday night iLEAD sponsored Princess in the Park at the Hangar. Our learners James McDaniel, from iLEAD Lancaster, and Zachary Smith, from iLEAD AV, were chosen to throw out the first pitches. Our site directors, Kim Etter and Michele Bowes, welcomed guests with smiles and comedy, and Director of STEAM Initiatives Kathleen Fredette spoke to the bustling crowd about our learners taking part in the SSEP program. Outreach Coordinator Kristan Van Houten shared facts about iLEAD Schools and its local programs and we all enjoyed a great baseball game. To top it off, we had a magical meet-and-greet with beautiful Disney princesses and then the grand finale included a fireworks spectacular. Our families had a great time!
Please join us for the next Princess in the Park at the Jethawks (which sells out every year). Get your tickets starting May 16 in the office for the August 12 game that starts at 6:35 p.m. with iLEAD pregame performances beginning at 5:50 p.m. New princesses, including the Frozen sisters, and maybe even a few pirate friends will be there to meet and greet your learners. We sincerely hope your family will join us!
