Restorative Justice
The goal of Restorative Justice is to repair the harm caused by an incident that occurs within our community. It is community focused and ties in extremely well with our iLEAD culture. We are laying the foundational steps for our restorative culture, and are beginning with the restorative practice of circles. When our communities gather to hear the events retold by the parties involved and figure out a way to restore our culture and come back together after the incident, it is a beautiful site to witness!
