Monday: Mexican Concha. Breaded chicken patty on a hamburger bun with carrot sticks (3/4 cup).
Tuesday: Lucky Charms and whole-grain crackers. Chicken quesadilla with Spanish rice (1/2 cup) and pinto beans (3/4 cup).
Wednesday: Blueberry muffin. Hawaiian chicken with brown rice (3/4 cup) and broccoli (3/4 cup).
Thursday: Multigrain Cheerios and whole-grain crackers. Turkey hot dog on a bun with whole-kernel corn (3/4 cup).
Friday: Bagel and cream cheese. Ham and cheese hoagie sandwich with carrot sticks (3/4 cup).
