Wednesday: Blueberry muffin. Garlic pesto cheese pasta salad with broccoli salad (1 cup).
Thursday: Cinnamon French toast. Chicken nuggets with whole-kernel corn (3/4 cup).
Friday: Coffee cinnamon crumble. Ham and cheese hoagie sandwich with carrot sticks (3/4 cup).
