Our Soaring Aeronautics Project teaches Middle Schoolers how to design, build, and launch their own glider, and even how to fly a glider through simulated and hands-on training by glider pilots! Knowledge about the history of flight, the anatomy of birds, and meteorology greatly enhance the learning experience.
