Education & Health Awareness Campaign
Hello Parents and Families,
The Student Support Counseling Team is hosting an Education and Health Awareness Campaign for the 2022-2023 school year. Each month various awareness topics will be discussed through presentations, flyers, and resources. Learners will be offered access to presentations, mental health screeners, and anti-bullying pledges. These presentations and resources are in line with iLEAD Schools Mental Health Policy found on your school’s website. For more questions on this or other campaigns, please contact your student support counselor through our student support counseling page or follow us on instagram.com/studentsupport.
November is National Suicide Prevention month. This message will include our mental health policy as well as our digital mental health brochure, which is also available in the front office in paper form. We are aware that suicide is a very sensitive matter and may cause discomfort to learners and their families. Below are some helpful flyers and presentations that you are welcome to look through if you want to learn more.
