Dear Families,
We are pleased to announce that after a comprehensive search and selection process, the iLEAD Lancaster Board has appointed our new school director as of Tuesday, April 9. It is with great pleasure that we welcome Deborah Autrey to the role.
Under Nykole Kent’s leadership, Deborah has faithfully served iLEAD Lancaster as our leadership resident for two years. Deborah, a passionate educator with extensive leadership experience in the field, is well loved among our staff, families, and community. Deborah brings 17 years of experience in education with a strong passion for academic excellence, personal growth, and an inclusive learning environment. She has served as a teacher, mentor coach, instructional coach, and an inclusion, curriculum, and blended learning specialist. Deborah’s educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Public Administration, Master of Science in Educational Administration, EdS in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, and she is currently working on her EdD in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Along with her education and experience, she is committed to empowering people to become lifelong learners, empathetic citizens, authentic individuals, and design thinkers, making her the optimal leader to guide iLEAD Lancaster into our bright future.
We want to express our gratitude to our families and learners for your support during this transition. We are immensely proud of the positive impact you make every day. We look forward to seeing you continue to thrive, with Deborah leading the way.
With gratitude,
The iLEAD Lancaster Team
