Tuesday: Trix and whole-grain crackers. Chicken Alfredo baked ziti bowl with steamed broccoli and carrots (1 cup). Caesar chicken salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Wednesday: Banana muffin. Green chicken enchiladas with pinto beans (3/4 cup). Santa Fe chicken salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Thursday: Cheese quesadilla. Hamburger with tater tots (3/4 cup). Chef turkey and ham salad with a wheat dinner roll.
Friday: Yogurt and graham crackers. Turkey and cheese bagel sandwich with carrot sticks (3/4 cup).
